thonmai.shop does not currently process orders, payments, or deliveries directly. Every "Buy" button on this Site takes you to our official Amazon or Flipkart listing, where your purchase is completed and fulfilled. Because of this, returns, replacements and refunds for orders are governed by the return policy of the marketplace you purchased from — not by Thonmai directly.
1. Returns on Amazon orders
If you purchased Thonmai Groundnut Oil through Amazon.in, your return, replacement or refund is handled under Amazon's own return policy for the product category, accessible from your Amazon order history ("Your Orders" → select the order → "Return or replace items"). Timelines and eligibility (e.g. damaged, leaking, or incorrect item received) follow Amazon's standard terms for grocery/food items.
2. Returns on Flipkart orders
If you purchased through Flipkart, returns and replacements are handled under Flipkart's return policy for the product, accessible from your Flipkart order history ("My Orders" → select the order → "Return"). As with Amazon, timelines and eligibility follow Flipkart's standard terms for the product category.
3. Quality issues
If you receive a Thonmai product that appears damaged, leaking, tampered with, or otherwise not as described, we'd like to know regardless of where you purchased it. 4. Cancellations
Order cancellations before dispatch are handled directly through your Amazon or Flipkart account, per that marketplace's cancellation window.

As Thonmai introduces direct ordering on this Site in the future, this Return Policy will be updated to include Thonmai's own return/refund terms, timelines, and process for direct purchases.
